RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Deepmala, we aim to make your shopping experience simple and convenient. This policy explains the basic terms for returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds on products including men’s wedding outfits, men’s sherwani, kurta sets for men, Jodhpuri suits, and men’s ethnic wear. 

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility 

Products may be eligible for return or exchange if you receive:

● A damaged product

● An incorrect product

● A defective product, where applicable

● A product different from what you ordered

3. How to Request a Return

Contact Deepmala within the applicable return period with your order number, product details, and reason for return. For damaged or incorrect products, photographs may be requested.

Please do not send any product back without receiving return instructions from Deepmala. 

4. Refunds 

Once an approved return is received and inspected, an eligible refund will be processed according to the applicable refund procedure.

5. Order Cancellation

6. International Orders 

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other charges imposed by the destination country. Customers are responsible for applicable customs-related charges.

International returns and refunds may also be subject to applicable shipping and customs procedures.

For time-sensitive purchases such as Indian wedding outfits for men, festive wear for men, and men’s occasion wear, customers are advised to place orders sufficiently in advance of their event date.
